"With the gate wide open, seated around a big table in the yard, eating together from a huge iron cauldron..."

A scene that can be seen no more. No more huge cauldrons. No more furnaces to hold the cauldrons.

And sorriest of all, no more big tables in the yard.

The rice cauldron is the basis of life to be restored.

Peace begins at eating together.

The meaning of peace lies in sharing the rice fairly.
