Alienation​

 

A society is a group of people who live together. They come to live together to work together. The raison d'etre of a society lies in sharing the work for production and sharing the products for consumption. Social relationship is realized through production and distribution, and the foundation for human relationships is formed in the course.

The problem of loneliness, therefore, derives from that of alienation in production and distribution. What causes alienation?​ What drives individuals away from the society and keeps them to lead solitary lives in isolated cells? A number of people, including many philosophers, have pondered on this question. If asked, I would answer, "private property rights". The insurmountable distance between persons. The wall that insulates my happiness from your misfortune.

사회(社會)란 “모두 살이”라 하듯이 함께 더불어 사는 집단이다. 협동노동이 사회의 기초이다.
생산이 사회적으로 이루어진다는 것, 그리고 함께 만들어낸 생산물을 여러사람이 나누어 갖는 다는것이 곧 사회의 이유(理由)이다.
생산과 분배는 사회관계의 실천이며, 구체적으로는 인간관계의 토대이다.

그러므로 고독의 문제는 바로 생산과 분배에 있어서의 소외문제로 파악될 수 있는 것이다. 만들어내고 나누는 과정의 무엇이 사람들을 소외시키는가?
모두살이를 「各살이」로 조각내는 가? 조각조각으로 쪼개져서도 그 조각난 개개인으로 하여금 「흩어져」살수 있게 해주는 것은 무엇인가? 수많은 사람, 수많은 철학이 이것을 언급해 왔음이 사실이다.
누가 그러한 질문을 나한테 던진다면 나는 아마 「私有」라는 답변을 할것이라고 생간된다.
